-Josh Matthews and The Pope are backstage, going over the card for the rest of the night including a 4-way match for the #1 Contendership to the King of the Mountain Title. Eric Young vs. Chris Melendez promo video is shown, building up to the singles match for tonight with the stipulation that if Eric Young wins, he gets Melendez’s prosthetic leg.
-Jeff Jarrett and Karen Jarrett are seen entering the Impact Zone, promising that tonight will be monumental for them…the only question is whether GFW will be involved or not.
1st Match: Chris Melendez vs Eric Young
Winner: Eric Young
-Young is the aggressor early in the match by attacking Melendez while he was getting in the ring from his entrance. The crowd becomes more of an opponent than Chris for a bit as he works the crowd over just as much as his opponent with a rear chinlock cinched in. Sarge makes a comeback though and lands a Full Nelson Slam, also hopping over EY as he charges him in the corner for a close 2-count. EY tries numerous times to beat Sarge and eventually “The Big Game Hunter” is able to land the win with his feet on the ropes during a roll-up. Eric Young demands the leg like a 6-year old wanting ice cream before dinner. He then teases Chris, forcing him to chase him a bit on one leg. Once he gets the leg, he celebrates like he just won the world title, even threatening to hit some fans with it.
2nd Match: Tigre Uno vs Sonjay Dutt vs DJ Z
Winner: Tigre Uno
-X Division Championship is the 2nd match of the night. Botched Double Arm Drag by DJ Z and Dutt on the champion after a slow start. First big move is a Hurricanranna by Sonjay Dutt on DJ Z that sends him outside. Tigre Uno is hit with a big body drop over the top rope to join DJ Z, only to be taken out by Dutt as he vaults over the top with little to no effort. Two flopkicks by the champ on DJ Z leads to him missing a Springboard Corkscrew Splash. DJ Z takes over hitting a Baseball Slide to keep Sonjay outside and suplexing the champ. Nice three-person move as Sonjay flies over both opponents stuck in a struggle for a roll-up to hit a Sunset Flip on Tigre Uno for a two-count. Dutt seems to call for the finish, but everyone begins interrupting each other’s finisher until a double clothesline between DJ Z and Sonjay. Pendulum Kick by Dutt to DJ Z, but he gets Guillotined on the top rope outside. German Suplex into the corner by Uno on DJ Z which ends with a Frog Splash to allow Tigre Uno to retain. The crowd goes mild.
-Manik & Abyss challenging The Wolves for the TNA Tag Team Titles up next is advertised, as is the 4-way main event among four former TNA World Champions who are vying for a shot at the newly minted TNA King of the Mountain Title. James Storm is seen in the back, motivating his followers and proclaiming Sheera is not a part of the Revolution…even threatening Manik to never dance again like he did last week or else.
3rd Match: The Revolution vs The Wolves
Winner: The Wolves
-Abyss and Davey Richards start off as Abyss pushes Richards into the corner with authority. Eddie is quickly tagged in. Abyss takes control of him as well, but tags in Manik to help match the speed. A pair of corner splashes by The Wolves back-to-back on Manik earns them a two-count. Manik uses the referee to get an advantage for his team as Abyss is tagged back in. Abyss clobbers Davey in the corner several times before pancaking him with an Avalanche. Manik is tagged back in and hits an impressive suplex combination for a two-count. Davey gets the hot tag after struggling for a long time. Eddie is able to knock Abyss off the apron to stun him long enough for Eddie to unload on Manik with various chops, punches, kicks that lead him into one of his corners. Eddie brings out Manik on his shoulders for a Backpack Jawbreaker that seems to cripple the masked wrestler. The Wolves then knock Abyss down in the corner and hit a version of stereo coast-to-coast dropkicks. James Storm interferes and keeps the match going as he distracts Davey enough for Manik to regain control of the match. Sheera goes after him and The Wolves are able to capitalize on the advantage by hitting their patented Powerbomb/Backcracker combination.
-Jeff Hardy makes his way out to the ring. Jeff says that it does not matter about the money, the time, the stipulation, or anything related to him. Jeff then starts the chant “Matt For Champ” before accepting EC3’s special challenge.
-We see a flashback to Jeff Jarrett becoming the first King of the Mountain Champion and all of his recent actions including the recent GFW vs TNA shows, his Hall of Fame ceremony, and finally the possibility of Dixie Carter putting him in charge of TNA long-term.
4th Match: Brooke vs Velvet Sky
Winner: Brooke
-Handshake begins the match. Strong initial lock-up as well. Velvet tours Brooke around the turnbuckles and lands a clothesline. Brooke is able to gain some traction and get a little offense, earning a one-count on Velvet. Brooke attempts a “Super-Woman Punch” and gets a two-count. The talent level of these two really differs and it is obvious. Velvet is very rusty it seems like and has lost all of the momentum and progress she has made in the past few years. They trade forearms on the outside for a bit, with Brooke getting the upper hand. Suddenly, The Dollhouse interfere on the outside by attacking Brooke and causing the DQ. After the match, Taryn Tarell pops up on the tron and introduces Velvet to the new member of The Dollhouse, Rebel!
-Bobby Roode talks backstage, promising to prove to everyone just how much he deserves to be in the main event in every show or promotion he steps foot in…especially TNA.
-Drew Galloway apparently gets a phone call that enrages him enough to storm off and possibly leave the arena?
5th Match: Bobby Roode vs Ken Anderson vs Bobby Lashley vs James Storm
Winner: Bobby Roode
-All four men spill outside and brawl almost immediately after the bell. Anderson has control over Storm while Roode and Lashley have a good back-and-forth on the ramp. Lashley reverses a Vertical Suplex on there and lands it hard! Lashley and Anderson soon take turns punching Storm directly in the face with a short-lived teaming. Storm is dumped outside and the team of Lashley and Anderson disintegrates before our eyes as they tease hitting finishers on each other for a bit and have a stare down while the inevitable one-night Beer Money reunion looms in the balance as both Roode and Storm are on the outside, watching Anderson and Lashley blow up. No such reunion as Storm walks right up to Roode and clocks him in the face before hitting a version of Big Show’s Final Cut for a two-count. Anderson gets back in the ring and takes over control on Storm. “The Cowboy” boots Anderson out of the corner, who turns into a clothesline by Lashley. Ticket admission is paid for as Lashley sets up a Superplex on Storm and it leads into a Tower of Doom with Roode landing a Powerbomb on Lashley simultaneous with him bringing Storm down in the Superplex. Roode and Lashley start going at in the ring while the other two are brawling outside. Lashley gets some knees to the head with a Stalling Suplex attempt. Bobby sets up for the Roode Bomb, but Storm interrupts it with a Lung Blaster. Lashley then hits a Powerslam on Storm. Anderson tries to capitalize on all these moves hits a Mic Check on Lashley for a two-count after being broken up. Anderson is able to land on Roode, with similar results. Finlay Roll by Anderson on Storm. Anderson pops up only to catch a Spear by Lashley. Like the veteran he is, he rolls out immediately. Lashley runs at Roode for another Spear, but Storm saves him with a Last Call Superkick to almost steal the bout. FINALLY Beer Money has returned and hit their classic Double Suplex, appeasing the crowd oh-so-well. Storm goes for a Last Call out of the cheer, but Roode was prepared and crushes Storm with a Roode Bomb for the win and the #1 Contendership to PJ Black’s TNA King of the Mountain Title.
-Josh Matthews and The Pope are backstage as they announce all three women they opened voting to for making the cover of the 2016 Knockouts Calender will actually be on the cover together.
-Dixie Carter is seen backstage, heading to the ringside area for her big announcement on who will be in charge of TNA going forth. Ethan Carter III shows his utter elation that Matt & Jeff have accepted his stipulation proposal. He even says that his tailor, “Angelo” will have a uniform ready for him next week.
-Dixie Carter makes her way out to the ring with a solid crowd response. Jeff Jarrett takes a stroll down memory lane and just when Dixie seems to be giving power to Jeff Jarrett, Drew Galloway stops her and says he has something to share with the fans, Jeff, and especially Dixie that may influence her decision. Drew solidifies his loyalty to TNA and Jeff Jarrett, calling him a legend and rightfully The Father of TNA. Galloway says he has finally put his Criminology degree to use for the first time. He says that the rental cars used in the getaway from each attack had the same name registered to it: Jeff Jarrett. He says there is motive, means, and definitely possibility. Jeff Jarrett seems to have some conviction, swearing up and down that he had nothing to do with the attacks on Drew and Bully Ray. Karen Jarrett admits to it as she makes her way out to the ring. She says she did it for GFW and that Jeff Jarrett deserves this. She mentions that, “one little spark can cause a giant inferno” and just when everyone’s attention is turned to Karen, Jeff is able to land a low blow on Drew. Just then, most of the GFW crew attacks Drew Galloway. Rockstar Spud is the first to come to TNA’s aide followed by Robbie E. All fall to the numbers game. Suddenly, The Wolves come out and similar results occur. Dixie Carter simply backs up the entrance ramp with tears streaming down her cheek. Meanwhile, the GFW crew pose in the middle of the ring as Impact goes off the air.
