Chanel tell her sisters that Chad has proposed! But just as we were getting excited, she explains that he asked her to accompany him to his parents home for Thanksgiving. Chanel knows that every girl who gets an invite to the Radwell’s Thanksgiving, gets an engagement ring by Christmas. Hester is incredibly angry and pays Chad a visit. Chad makes it clear that he is not interested, but Hester has a plan up her sleeve (and neckbrace — because it’s back!).
Let’s back up a bit though, Chanel No. 3 is stressed and tells her sister that she saw the ghost of Boone. They all shrug it off, saying that they don’t believe in ghost. But leave it to Denise Hemphill to calm their nerves. Denise gathers the girls in a circle and share a couple of hilarious scary stories. Oh, and they all happen to be stories of ghosts/killers getting you at your most vulnerable moment — the bathroom. Most specifically, the toilet.
Denise gets a taste of her own medicine (stories), when she goes to the bathroom and one of her stories becomes a reality. The Red Devil appears ready to kill her, but Denise isn’t going down without a fight. Since the Red Devil duplicated one of her stories, I’m thinking that it’s one of the girls that was there to hear the stories. Anyway, Denise manages to escape and runs to the girls.
Hester tells them all a story we might all know as the urban legend “Killer in the Backseat.” A woman is driving when she notices that the car behind her is following close behind, she stops, gets out of the car and yells for help. The driver of the car behind her jumps out saying that someone is in the backseat of her car with a hook, he was only honking to scare him away from killing her.
Scared, Chanel No. 5 decides to leave the KKT house. But to her surprise, Hester’s story happens to her, the Red Devil is waiting to kill her in the backseat. Rest easy, Chanel No. 5 fans, she escapes unharmed!
We haven’t seen the last of Boone just yet. He appears in Chad’s room, also convincing him that he is a ghost. “Ever heard of the phrase, once you go black you can’t go back?” Boone asks Chad. Well, Boone explains to Chad that he needs to have sex with Zayday in order to stay in the world of the living and not return to being dead. This makes perfect sense to Chad, so he lets Boone borrow his clothes to prepare him for his date with Zayday.
Unfortunately for Boone, Zayday is not like the others and does not believe that he is a ghost for a second! Grace comes in the room and is shocked to discover that Boone has faked his death. Both girls try to capture him, but he falls through the window. No worries, he is alive and escapes. He catches up to Zayday’s boyfriend and kills him.
Hester announces to the KKT gals that she is pregnant with Chad’s baby. Poor Chanel! But. Not. So. Fast! Chanel gathers her two remaining sisters and apologizes for saying earlier that the only good thing she got out of the KKT is a rich husband, now, Chanel says that it’s love for her sisters. So they help her plan Hester’s death.
Hester is packing to leave when Chanel, No. 3, and NO. 5 appear and offer her food. If you know anything about pregnancies, you quickly catch on that they are offering her food that is not recommended for expecting ladies. Turns out that they aren’t trying to kill her, but instead are trying to discover the truth and see if she really is pregnant. Hester helps herself to everything they offer her, so the Chanel’s catch her in the lie! It doesn’t matter though, Hester admits she’s not pregnant, but since Chad doesn’t know that, she’ll still go on Thanksgiving with him and get pregnant while on the trip.
Hester happily leaves the room, but Chanel storms after her. Chanel stops at the top of the staircase and apologizes for how she has treated Hester. When Hester goes back up to meet her at the top of the stairs, Chanel pushes her down. Chanel No. 3 and 4 are horrified, but Chanel does not regret her actions. Bye-bye Hester! Many thought she was the Red Devil, but come on, they made it a little too obvious by making her super creepy. I need to watch next week’s episode to make sure she really is dead, you never know with Scream Queens.
Hester’s death isn’t the only one though! Back at the Red Devil’s evil lair, Boone is talking with Red Devil number two, the only one we don’t know about. Boone is going on about how Gigi has to go. It’s also important to mention that Gigi became the caregiver of the two babies (they were twins) that were born in the bathtub. Boone and the masked Devil are getting closer and closer to Gigi as she cowards against a wall. Surprisingly, and I hope you guys are sitting down, the masked Devil stabs Boone, killing him for real this time. Gigi congratulates the masked killer and refers to Boone as the masked Devil’s brother. Three deaths in one episode? That’s when you know the series is reaching its finale! Two episodes left, guys!
Quick vent: Several Scream Queens fans were shocked on Twitter saying that they “knew Boone was the Red Devil” or couldn’t believe Boone is the killer. Uhm, have they not been watching? It was clear that Boone was in on it since the premiere episode when we watch him fake his own death. If that wasn’t clear enough, did they skip last week’s episode? He talked on the phone with the other Red Devil AND clearly said, “I only do two things, kill people and workout.” Looks like some fans need to pay closer attention.
