I've received a bunch of requests to share my daily workouts so instead of sharing one dynamic exercise for the rest of the year, if I don't slack around. I'll be sharing my daily workouts. Today I did short HIIT (high intensity interval training). Here is a quick directive for each one of the exercises:
⚪️Kettlebell Swings - make sure you're moving your arms with control, while you're on the down-swing bring the kettlebell toward the floor with intension.
⚪️Backward Lunge with Lift - lunge back with your knee almost hitting the floor. Using your triceps, lift the kettlebell up as you lower yourself down.
⚪️Single Leg Hop with Lift - this is essentially a standing crunch. When you hop forward, lift your opposite leg up toward your chest. Stabilize the arms by squeezing the weight between your palms.
⚪️Stationary Squat with Figure 8 - squat down while passing a weight between your legs. Each pass counts as one rep.
